Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VelaCall, an adults-only live video chat service at velacall.live, operated by the team reachable through our contact page. By using VelaCall you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Age Requirement

VelaCall is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher — to use the service. Every visitor confirms their age before entering, and providing a false age is a violation of these terms and grounds for losing access.

2. The Service

VelaCall provides browser-based access to live video conversations with other adults, including browsing who is online, one-on-one video calls, and quick video matching. 3. Acceptable Use

VelaCall is a place for genuine, consensual conversation between adults. You agree not to:

• Record, screenshot, or redistribute another person's video or likeness without their consent.
• Solicit money, gifts, verification codes, or financial information from other users.
• Use the service for anything illegal, or to advertise or sell anything.
• Interfere with the service itself — no scraping, reverse engineering, or automated access.

Other users can block and report at any time, and reports are reviewed. Violations of these terms may lead to suspension or permanent loss of access, at our discretion.

4. Paid Features

Browsing VelaCall and getting started is free. Some interactions or extended time are paid. Whenever something costs money, the price is shown to you before you confirm the purchase — you will never be charged without seeing the cost first. Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers, and their terms apply to the transaction itself. Unless a purchase page explicitly says otherwise, payments are final; if you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will look into it.

5. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for everything that happens under your account. Choose a username that does not reveal more about you than you intend, and let us know through the contact page if you suspect someone else is using your account.

6. Content and Conduct of Others

The people you meet on VelaCall are other users, not employees or representatives of the service. We do not control what any individual says or does in a conversation. Your interactions are your own responsibility — use the block and report tools, and the habits in our safety notes, whenever something feels wrong.

7. Service Provided As-Is

VelaCall is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we make no warranties beyond what the law requires. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and continued use of VelaCall after an update means you accept the revised terms.
